Called up on 72 - instant reply and advice - always comforting. Needed to get to a chandlery which we wrongly assumed was on site - oops! However a very friendly and helpful young lady from the Marina staff organised a taxi to take us there (about 5km away), to wait for us and bring us back. Around 45 mins in total - at the chandlery for about 20 mins - 60TL . One hour in the marina - no charge - beautiful setting - stunning actually

This is one of the most beautiful marina settings in Turkey. The outer break water wall has holes in it allowing water through, which means the yachts are always moving. Use your springs. It also means the water is clean. People take a dip in the marina water to cool off. After a few days of meltimi the fuel dock water was turbulent. Put your fenders down, high. The waste removal is at the fuel dock too - on the right as you enter the marina. No-one responded to our several radio calls, but did respond to Turkish callers. Unfortunately we don't speak Turkish and there appeared to be no-one around who spoke English. The marina mooring lines are short. They will ask you for 2 x 20m lines to attach to their line and tie off on both your bow cleats. There is no laundry at the marina. The phone number of an outside laundry service given to us by the marina did not work. Compared to other marinas, reasonably priced. The steak restaurant at the marina is excellent. Unfortunately the staff do not wear masks!

Excellent marina, reasonably priced, good facilities. My only small criticism is the lack of control of the pontoon health and safety - dingys stored on the pontoons and mooring lines, electric cables and hoses criss crossing. Small complaint but ----.
